Gilly zijn liefde voor muziek begon als een jongetje van 7 en schreef op 9-jarige leeftijd al zijn eerste teksten.

d.m.v Muziek invloeden vanuit genres zoals Hiphop , Funk , Soul & Jazz deed Gilly inspiratie op om ermee verder te gaan

in zijn puberteit van studio naar studio optredens naar optredens

en werd beloond in de Winston Kingdom

Daar werd hij Ontdekt door Niemand minder dan BRAKKO TRIXXX in 2011.

Zijn Artiestennaam zag het licht op 04-2012 in de Panama in Amsterdam

in 2013 terecht gekomen bij Toekomst Muziek

verscheen samen met Flame op de CD van Toekomst Muziek Vol.1 Stadseel Zuidoost

'Lijn 54' (Gilly Mc & Flame)

in 2014 volgden de eerste shows bij o.a De Rauwe School , Hiphopcore , ADM Festival , de Valreep , Kwaku Festival , Roots on the Road : The Finals en stond samen met Flame aan de aftrap voor de Zuidoost XXX tape (M.O & Brakko , Dret & Krulle en etc)

ook was Gilly destijds al Samen met Flame presentator van het Radioprogramma Da Elementz

in 2015 was Gilly voor het allereerst te bewonderen in het TV Programma Bijlmer Style via AT5 en bracht de Exclusieve 'Klasse Apart' Cd uit Samen met Flame onder Minstrel Productions

na een Break in 2016 was Gilly in 2017 kort te bewonderen bij Omroep Flevoland

raakte in contact met Eastgarden Music waar hij vervolgens in 2018 besloot om aan zijn Solo EP 'Op Eigen Kracht' te werken en kwam in datzelfde jaar ook in Harderwijk te wonen

in November datzelfde jaar ook meteen Trots lid bij Eastgarden

Januari 2019 zag de 'Op Eigen Kracht' EP voor het eerst zijn licht op Spotify en alle overige Music Streams .. de Fysieke Exemplaren volgden in Februari

ook zijn daarvan de videoclips 'Samen Sterk' & 'Morgen is niet beloofd' uitgebracht onder Eastgarden Music

daaropvolgend in April tot Januari 2020 de 'New Gen Tour' met o.a Nadeche , Lucia Sonrisa , Gizza5000 , Flame , Ronin , Blaxno , Yannick Songca & Mister Personal

Shows bij o.a : Popcentrale , Kwaku Festival , Bijlmerparktheater , De Rauwe School , RotterDamp , Return of the Hiphoplounge , Sound Supreme , De Groene Engel & The Rap Dojo
